Below is a general guide to what you can expect from our service.

Free Consultation

We will visit you at your property to discuss your requirements and look at the existing space. We will listen to your ideas and offer any other solutions based on our experience. We will also consider existing and alternative plumbing routes.

This is your opportunity to ask us anything and if you think of any other questions after we’ve left, just give us a call.

Complete Quote

Once you’ve decided what you want, we will put together a detailed quote. This will include all labour, fittings and tiles that have been agreed at that time.

Site Preparation

We will begin by stripping out your old bathroom to create a clean slate.We appreciate that you are likely to be living in your house whilst this is happening so as well as letting you know when tradespeople are expected to arrive, we’ll also keep the noise and dust to a minimum by using special protective sheeting.

First Fix

All the structural and plumbing work happens at this stage as well as the waterproofing. These are the necessary things that you won’t see once the job is complete, but are essential for everything to work.

Tiling

This is when you’ll start to see your bathroom taking shape.How the tiles are positioned is worked out completely before laying a single tile to ensure a pleasing layout.

Second Fix

Once the tiling is complete, all the taps, radiators and other fittings will go in. From towel rails, toilet roll holders to doorstops, everything is placed exactly to your plan.

Final Finish

We will check over every detail and polish all the surfaces, making sure the job is completed to the quality you expect.
